  1. Refund and Disputes
  2. Servers are eligible for full refunds within seven (7) twenty-four (24) hour days of the creation of the server in our database. This point is not marked by the time at which your initial payment is processed and may differ by several hours or days. Refunds cannot be requested without probable cause. Services purchased via PaySafe are only refundable via account credit. All completed server upgrade orders are final and not refundable. In agreeing to this Terms of Service you affirm that your order begins within a 7 day "cooling-off" period, and we reserve the right to charge for the time utilized on your service prior to your cancellation.

Dedicated servers are eligible for refund within twenty-four (24) hours of the server being provisioned. As dedicated servers require explicit provisioning, we must charge a 30% restocking fee when refunding dedicated servers.

Any service purchased with a promotional code is not eligible for refund.

Payments sent automatically are eligible for a 100% refund of the renewal amount within one (1) day of the payment being sent. Refund requests between two (2) and five (5) days after the automatic payment may receive a 50% refund of the renewal amount. Automatic payments are not eligible for refunds beyond this five (5) day period.

We may require additional information in order to process any refunds. After receiving a refund request, we will reach out via e-mail to confirm. If a confirmation is not received, we are not responsible for any subsequent charges or late issuance of the refund.

  3. Cancellations
  4. Service cancellations must be placed via the Request Cancellation area in our client panel. Cancellation requests may also be submitted to support@strokehost.com or via our contact form & our support discord server

The client will have the option to specify a cancellation at the end of the billing period for the service in question or, during some periods, immediate cancellation is offered. Immediate cancellations are permanent and cannot be aborted. A cancellation request does not guarantee a refund - a refund must be explicitly requested and is subject to our Refunds and Disputes policies. When experiencing high sales volume, services set to cancel at the end of the billing period may be terminated up to seven (7) days early if the service remains unused.

StrokeHost does not have access to any client's PayPal account.
